Major Changes in the CLAT 2020 Exam Pattern!
The CLAT 2020 Application forms are out from January 1st, 2020. The exam structure of the CLAT 2020 has also been modified. The committee has promulgated the full schedule of the CLAT 2020.
Important points regarding the CLAT 2020:
With the release of the full schedule of CLAT 2020, the students must start preparing for it , in a serious manner. According to the schedule, the application was released on January 1st, 2020. The last date for submission of the application form is March 31st 2020. The exam will be conducted on May 10, 2020.
The NUSRL, Ranchi has released the CLAT 2020 application form. The application form is available on the official website of NLU Consortium; consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

The CLAT application fee for the different categories of the students is as given below:

Change in CLAT 2020 UG Exam Pattern
There have also been major changes introduced in the exam pattern of CLAT UG 2020. According to the report generated by the Executive Committee of the Consortium of NLUs, it has been promulgated that, the CLAT 2020 UG session will have 150 objective type questions.
This is a follow up of the earlier release of the Committee, which had hinted at some prominent changes in the CLAT 2020 exam pattern. The final decision was taken at the committee meeting, held on December 11, 2020.
Below are the major changes in the CLAT 2020 exam pattern:
- The exam will now include 150 objective type questions, in contrast to the 200 questions that were asked until last session.
- The subjects/topics from where the questions will be asked: English language, Current affairs including general knowledge, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Techniques.
- In CLAT 2020, comprehension-based questions will be asked from all sections.
- The paper will be set according to 12th standard; however, Quantitative analysis section will include questions from Class 10th Mathematics.
