Q8. X, Y, & Z share a sum of money in the ratio 7 : 8 : 16. If Y receives Rs 27 more than X, then total money, should was?

(c): x : y : z = 7 : 8 : 16

y - x = 27 diff of ratio = 8 – 7 = 1

Hence, multiply by 27

x : y : z = 7 : 8 : 16 = 189 : 216 : 432
